Refunds and Returns

ONCE A DEVICE IS ORDERED NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN, ANY CHANGE TO THIS WILL BE AT OUR SOLE DISCRECTION. 

All returns are handled on a case by case basis.

All returns must have an RMA number issued, please contact support@parsonsprecision.com to have one issued.

If for some reason we allow you to return the item all returns on purchases made with a credit or debit card are subject to a 8% fee plus any restocking fees assessed. Any applicable shipping and handling costs will also be deducted from the refund amount. We will not issue any refunds after 15 days from receipt of item.
